GRAND COPTHORNE WATERFRONT HOTEL
Here we come. .
Alryte today is Michelle's Birthday.
The past few days before this special day, were busy for me. Gotta rush here and there to get my stuff, money was gone swiftly with the flow- $27.90+ $9.20 + $3.15 + $19.90 = $ 60.15(exclusive of food n transport expense). Oh ya. . in the midst of the shopping spree, DJ and I chanced upon a mini HELLO KITTY FAIR at Takashimaya. MANN. . simply brightened my day up. It's gonna be there from Friday 14 0ct- Wednesday 26 Oct 2005 and i was there on the 14th!! which also meant that it was the FIRST day of the fair okaye. . HOW COOL IS THAT! =P

The products over there are simply CUTEe n interesting. They range from stationeries to lingeries to nightwear to household products like water dispenser, carpets, alot others.. i just simply donno what they are called. =X There's also LOTSA PLUSHIES!! Freaking Cute la!! The biggest Kitty sits in the middle of the fair, costing $50. The staffs were still trying to unload all the plushies frm the MANY BIGGG boxesss and a gerl DRAGGED the KITTYss on the ground! MANN. . $50. . and she fugly dragged it across. . HOW CANNN. . When i commented on it, DJ burst into laughter -__- Im just merely sparing a thought for the kitty WADDD. hoHOho.
Seeing the crowd that the fair has attracted. . DJ turned and asked why on earth do so many people go ga-ga over Hello Kitty. "It's just a CAT WITHOUT A MOUTH. . what's so appealing abt it?"

The reason is simple wad. HELLO KITTY IS CUTE. Dont tell me there has got to be a reason for somethng being cute ar? Just like most guys like SOCCER cos it's a beautiful game (got this ans frm BN). Then wad. . ask why Beautiful ar? Well then. . because 22 suave and nothing-better-to-do guys all chasing after a ball? That sounds stupid, isnt it? ANYWAY. . I'm just anyhow making CRAP analogy. I like to watch soccer matches and have NOTHING against soccer. DO NOT take offence with what i've written. =)
OH OH. . continue with DJ. Know wad. . before i could come up with a sarcastic reply. . he continued. "Oh ya. . i know why. Kitty has got NO MOUTH. . so it CANNOT EAT. . so it DOESNT SHIT. . so it's a GOOD CAT. "

Alryte. . I din get anythng cos ive spend alot and the worst thing is. . Ive still yet to get the most important stuff costing at $43. HOW NICE =X Anyway. . that's besides the point. HELLO KITTY lovers. . do go and have a look! =)
Okaye after so much digressions. Now back to 15 October. My day started freaking early. Slept at ard 4+ and got up at 9+. Took over mum's job as a babysitter as she got stuff to attend to in the morning. Went to fetch her. . then watched cartoon with her. . played with her. . COOKED for her. . ( hotdogs only though. HOHOHO. Nth left so gotta make do with it. She doesnt allow me to go and buy. No choice okaye.)
It was already into the late afternoon and mum still taking her own sweet time. Called back at 12+pm saying she's on her way. 3 hours later. . she was still on the way. MANN. I needa get my stuff be4 i meet my frends at 5 cann. She FINALLY managed to 'find her way home' (not that she lost her way) at 3+. I got changed and ready to leave. . then a FUGLY incident happened.

So timing postponed to 6pm. FREAK. And i gotta get the police involved. MANN. . DJ had already left home. But i cant leave mum n ying alone at home to handle. I'M CAUGHT IN BETWEEN. Thnk god. DJ decided to get the stuff for me and send it to my house. HOHOHO. Courier service somemore. So touched. Okaye. . after so much delay. . the 2 men FINALLY arrivde and things were only over at 530pm. One thng to comment. . these guys were VERY CHEEKY la. Argh. . Wadever.
Half an hour left to 6. .
SO i gotta rush and rush and rush. And guess wad. . i met them only at 650pm. Then we proceeded to the last minute search for present.

Alryte. . buying of present was also meet with much delay. The salesgerl checking for stock. . getting the stall manager to sign. . my heels causing much discomforts , blisters and all. . blah blah. .
We were told to be there preferrably by 8.30 so I volunteered to pay for the cab fare since the delays were largely because of all the hiccups I had. How SUAY can i get. Kept getting delayed by factors not within my means. ARGHHhh. .
ENOUGH. Now the main focus. Michelle's birthday celebration.
Im the youngest guest over there it seems. hoHOho. The three of us basically just 'glued' to each other tightly. Not that we are unfriendly or anti-social wadsoever. . it's jus that the people there do not mingle around. Be-with-your-own-group seemed to the attitude adopted over there. oPPs =X hoHOho.
